Billing & Cancellation Policy

This Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) describes the terms and conditions that apply to payments, subscription billing, refunds, cancellations, and related matters for services provided by Brandaid Marketing, LLC (“Brandaid Marketing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Policy is incorporated into and governed by the Brandaid Marketing Terms of Service.

If there is any conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will control.

1. Payments & Subscription Fees

1.1 Pricing and Currency
All fees for Brandaid Marketing products and services are quoted and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated.

1.2 Billing Frequency
Subscriptions are billed in advance according to the billing frequency you select at the time of purchase (e.g., monthly or annually). Fees may change from time to time, and updates will be communicated on our website or via email before taking effect.

1.3 Payment Information
By providing your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that funds are available. You agree to promptly update your billing information if it changes.

1.4 Taxes and Surcharges
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and communications surcharges associated with your subscription.

2. Automatic Renewal & Billing Authorization

2.1 Automatic Renewal
Unless you cancel in accordance with our Cancellation Policy, your subscription will automatically renew at the then current rate and billing frequency you selected.

To avoid renewal, cancellation requests must be submitted at least three (3) business days prior to your next scheduled billing date. Cancellation requests submitted less than three (3) business days before the renewal date may not prevent the upcoming charge.

2.2 Authorization to Charge
You authorize Brandaid Marketing (or its payment processors) to automatically charge your selected payment method for all subscription fees on each billing date.

3. Free Trials

3.1 Free Trial Provision
From time to time, Brandaid Marketing may offer a free trial period to new customers. If a free trial is offered, you must provide valid payment information to begin the free trial.

3.2 Trial Conversion
Unless you cancel before the end of the trial period, your free trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the selected billing frequency. Charges will begin immediately after the trial ends.

3.3 Trial Eligibility
Free trial offers are only available to new customers and at our discretion.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Non-Refundable Payments
All subscription fees already paid are non-refundable and will not be prorated for unused time during the billing period. This includes monthly and annual payments.

4.2 Exceptions
Refunds may only be issued in the event of a billing error that is verified by us or as required by applicable law. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the billing date.

4.3 Cancelled Subscriptions
Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. You will retain access to the services through the end of your current paid billing period, but you will not receive a refund for prior charges.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, you must submit a cancellation request to our support team via email: [email protected]. Cancellation requests should be submitted at least three (3) days prior to your next billing date to avoid the upcoming charge.

5.2 Effective Cancellation Date
Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your account will not be billed again unless you resubscribe.

5.3 Loss of Access and Data
Upon full cancellation and the end of your billing period, you may lose access to the platform, content, data, account features, and any associated resources unless otherwise specified by your plan. Brandaid Marketing is not responsible for data retention after cancellation.

6. Failed Payments & Delinquent Accounts

6.1 Failed Payment Attempts
If we are unable to charge your payment method on the scheduled billing date, you may be notified and additional attempts may be made. You are responsible for keeping your billing information current.

6.2 Suspension and Termination
If payment is not received within 7 days after the billing date, Brandaid Marketing may suspend your access to the services until payment is resolved. If payment remains unresolved for 30 days, your subscription may be canceled and access permanently revoked.

6.3 Collection Costs
You remain responsible for all outstanding fees, including any costs associated with collections, processing fees, or interest as permitted by law.

7. Billing Disputes

7.1 Dispute Notification
All disputes related to billing must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the date of the charge in question. Failure to dispute within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the charges.

8. Additional Fees and Usage Charges

If additional services, usage overages, premium features, or third-party integrations incur extra fees under your plan, such charges will be billed in addition to your regular subscription fees. Examples might include overage usage, SMS costs, or API access fees (if offered).

Fees for additional services or CRM usage may apply, as follows:

Sending Emails: $0.003375/email

Making Calls: $0.07/min

Receiving Calls: $0.0425/min

Text Messages: $0.0395/SMS

Premium Workflow Actions: $0.03/action

Email Validations: $0.015/validation

Content AI: $0.36/1000 words; $0.24/image

Not all accounts have additional usage fees. If you are unsure, please talk to your account manager.

These fees are subject to change at anytime.

9. Modifications to This Policy

Brandaid Marketing may change, update, or revise this Policy at any time. The updated Policy will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of services after posting signifies acceptance of those changes.

10. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws specified in the Brandaid Marketing Terms of Service, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
